By accessing or using Prosperity ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Prosperity is a personal finance management tool that allows you to track income, expenses, bills, debts, and savings goals. The Service is provided "as-is" and is subject to change at any time.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Prosperity offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid billing period. All sales are final — we do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use automated means to scrape or collect data from the Service.
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Prosperity is a budgeting and tracking tool only. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or tax advice. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making significant financial decisions.

All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property in the Service are owned by Prosperity or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prosperity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
